Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fini Health. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully:

Returns

  • Customers in the EU have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (per EU consumer law).

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used face masks cannot be returned.

Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at shipping@finihealth.de within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a traceable shipping service, as we cannot accept liability for lost returns.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
