Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Germany / EU: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on customs and local carriers)

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs clearance, or events outside our control.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available for your shipping option).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
