Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you.
Incorrect Addresses

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
